Chef Owner Wojciech Okonski, has over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry. Within this time he has worked in many Michelin star restaurants. Running kitchens as a Head Chef for Marco Pierre White, Pascal Aussignac and Jason Atherton.
Sustainable events start by using seasonal and local products where we can. We use fresh ingredients to produce and achieving a low carbon footprint menu. That's why we work with many UK-based leading suppliers.
